C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire des produits peu transform\u00e9s ! La cl\u00e9 d&rsquo;une bonne alimentation : revenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;essentiel. Faire sa p\u00e2te maison et ses sauces, laisser mijoter, cuisiner des produits de saison&#8230; Choisir ce que nous consommons et changer nos habitudes ne peut \u00eatre que b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur le long terme\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je n&rsquo;ai pas d&rsquo;id\u00e9es ! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il existe des milliers de blogs, de sites, d&rsquo;applications et autres r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour faire de bons petits plats maison, gourmands &amp; sains&#8230; Alors exit les pizzas industrielles, et autres saucisses roses ! Bonjour les quiches maisons aux l\u00e9gumes de saison (\u00e9pinards), risotto aux asperges, gratin de cotes de blettes, choux aux lardons, salades de fraises&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je n&rsquo;ai pas le temps !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il existe heureusement des produits bien utiles en alternative, comme certains produits surgel\u00e9s tels que les l\u00e9gumes blanchis, poissons, herbes aromatiques&#8230; ou certaines conserves comme les l\u00e9gumes natures ou les compotes sans sucre ajout\u00e9. Le principal est de regarder les ingr\u00e9dients figurant sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter ceux qui contiennent ce que vous n&rsquo;auriez pas dans vos placards\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nous les ap\u00e9ritifs distanci\u00e9s! A nous les petits cakes maison, les tomates cerises, les carottes en b\u00e2tonnets, de beaux champignons et&#8230; les radis du jardin!
