Mais \u00e0 la surprise des cyclistes et autres marcheurs qui l’ont emprunt\u00e9e d\u00e8s l’annonce de la ministre Elisabeth Borne la semaine derni\u00e8re, le tron\u00e7on traversant Chatenay-Malabry \u00e9tait bel et bien ferm\u00e9… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’auteur des lignes ci dessus, \u00e9crites lundi 18 mai au matin, se demandait quel imbroglio administratif avait pu g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une situation quelque peu ubuesque !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais lundi 18 au soir, le Collectif V\u00e9lo Vall\u00e9e Sud Grand Paris, tout en estimant que la Coul\u00e9e verte \u00e9tait un axe majeur pour aller en v\u00e9lo au travail, relayait un tweet du d\u00e9partement des Hauts de Seine, post\u00e9 le 18 mai \u00e0 17 H 30 : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0A la demande du Pr\u00e9sident #GeorgesSiffredi<\/a>, les services @Prefet<\/a> autorise d\u00e8s cet apr\u00e8s-midi le D\u00e9partement \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 son ouverture en tant qu’itin\u00e9raire r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux #mobilit\u00e9sdouces<\/a> et trajet domicile <> travail MAIS interdit aux promenades et ferm\u00e9 le #weekend<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si on comprend bien le tweet, Georges Siffredi, premier vice-pr\u00e9sident du conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim depuis le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de Patrick Devedjian, candidat \u00e0 la succession de celui-ci, a demand\u00e9 au pr\u00e9fet l’ouverture de la coul\u00e9e verte. Cela se comprend. Sauf que le m\u00eame Georges Siffredi, maire de Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry, a sign\u00e9 un arr\u00eat\u00e9 le 11 mai, toujours affich\u00e9 sur les barri\u00e8res de la coul\u00e9e verte, interdisant l’acc\u00e8s au parcs et jardins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son sang ne fait qu’un tour et la Gazette de Sceaux se transporte sur place d\u00e8s le mardi 19 au matin. Si l’on part du croisement de la rue Houdan et de la Coul\u00e9e verte et qu’on se dirige vers Ch\u00e2tenay, \u00e0 la limite des deux communes, on voit que les barri\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9es.
Le temps de faire l’aller et retour \u00e0 pied, 17 v\u00e9los sont pass\u00e9s en direction de Paris et 7 dans le sens oppos\u00e9. A l’exception d’un seul, les cyclistes allaient manifestement au travail, du moins si on en juge par leur \u00e9quipement (sac \u00e0 dos ou sacoches).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il y avait aussi des joggeurs et des promeneurs.
