La Coul\u00e9e verte est rouverte aux v\u00e9los. La gare de Robinson va-t-elle \u00eatre assi\u00e9g\u00e9e? La fin de confinement s\u2019annonce difficile en Ile-de-France. Avec 9373 hospitalis\u00e9s dont 1171 en soins intensifs, la r\u00e9gion est en rouge sur la carte : beaucoup de pr\u00e9cautions sont prises un peu partout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s une <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insee.fr\/fr\/statistiques\/2011101?geo=COM-92071#chiffre-cle-5\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9tude de l\u2019INSEE<\/a>, en 2016, sur 8219 actifs habitant Sceaux, seuls 1320 (soit 16,1%) travaillent dans leur commune de r\u00e9sidence. En revanche 4174 des 5494 emplois de la ville sont tenus par des non-r\u00e9sidents.<br>Pour ceux qui ne sont pas en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, Sc\u00e9ens travaillant ailleurs ou non-r\u00e9sidents travaillant \u00e0 Sceaux, comment faire pour se d\u00e9placer ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les transports en commun ? Les r\u00e8gles mises en place par la RATP correspondent \u00e0 1 passager au m2 quand la moyenne se situe \u00e0 8 en heures de pointe.<\/li><li>La voiture et les bouchons qui vont avec?<\/li><li>Les deux roues?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un peu apr\u00e8s 7 h, j\u2019attrape l\u2019un des masques que ma femme a fabriqu\u00e9 et je sors. Premier constat imm\u00e9diat, on ressent encore la fin des intemp\u00e9ries du weekend : un peu de pluie, du vent, pas terrible pour le v\u00e9lo !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bus passe, avec deux ou trois personnes. A la Coul\u00e9e verte, trois v\u00e9los passent en dix minutes (dont un dans la rue Houdan). Manifestement, ce n\u2019est pas la bonne solution du jour !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une dizaine de personnes entrent successivement dans la maison de retraite situ\u00e9e juste \u00e0 cot\u00e9 de la Coul\u00e9e verte. Une vient de descendre d\u2019un bus, deux ou trois descendent de voiture, les autres sont \u00e0 pied (elles viennent peut \u00eatre d\u2019un arr\u00eat de bus un peu plus loin). Surtout des femmes. Une seule ne fait pas partie de ce qu\u2019on appelle pudiquement \u00ab minorit\u00e9s visibles \u00bb : on sait qui est \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre pour des t\u00e2ches souvent ingrates !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direction la gare de Robinson. Sur le chemin, un pi\u00e9ton me demande son chemin. Manifestement on embauche dans le coin (un commerce alimentaire). Je ne sais pas s\u2019il sait lire le fran\u00e7ais, mais il a envie de travailler !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour prendre souvent le RER vers cette heure-l\u00e0, je sais qu&rsquo;habituellement plus de la moiti\u00e9 des places assises sont prises d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part de Robinson. Et pas la peine de r\u00eaver d&rsquo;en trouver une \u00e0 Bourg-la-Reine. Ce lundi, entre les voyageurs vers Paris et ceux qui arrivent \u00e0 Sceaux, c&rsquo;est une petite trentaine de personnes.  Plut\u00f4t des jeunes de 25 \u00e0 35 ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des \u00e2ges plus divers parmi ceux qui arrivent. Les habituels \u00e9tudiants des lyc\u00e9es ou de la fac de droit ne sont \u00e9videmment pas l\u00e0.<br>De nombreux bus arrivent ou partent de la gare. Mais ils ne contiennent qu\u2019un nombre tr\u00e8s restreint de personnes, \u00e0 rebours de ce qui se passait avant le confinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reprise de la mobilit\u00e9 se fait doucement !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>11 mai, t\u00f4t le matin.
