SCEAUX<\/strong> Vendredi 20 f\u00e9vrier, donc demain, de 18h30 \u00e0 20h, le CSCB tient le premier atelier d\u2019un cycle intitul\u00e9 D\u00e9velopper son aisance et son affirmation \u00e0 l\u2019oral<\/em>. Ce cycle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Sandy Bichon, la r\u00e9f\u00e9rente Familles & Seniors. Une fois n\u2019est pas coutume, il s\u2019adresse aux femmes (adolescentes comprises) et se propose de les faire s\u2019exprimer autour de deux th\u00e8mes\u00a0: \u00e9galit\u00e9 et citoyennet\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019annonce<\/a> faite sur le site du CSCB formule la m\u00e9thode : \u00ab Au fil d\u2019ateliers ludiques, cr\u00e9atifs et participatifs, les participants exploreront l\u2019art de prendre la parole en public et apprendront \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer avec clart\u00e9, confiance et impact !<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un espace pour oser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le CSCB n\u2019a pas vocation \u00e0 proposer des activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques pour les hommes et pour les femmes. Si ce cycle est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 celles-ci, c\u2019est que, pour Sandy Bichon, leur chemin vers la confiance est parsem\u00e9 d\u2019emb\u00fbches particuli\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le cycle est form\u00e9 de 7 s\u00e9ances \u00e9tal\u00e9es sur deux mois dont les six dates apr\u00e8s celle du 20 f\u00e9vrier sont sur la page<\/a> du CSCB. Chacune comportera de l\u2019expression corporelle pour se d\u00e9nouer et mieux \u00e9voluer dans l\u2019espace, des jeux de r\u00f4les pour exercer son imagination et son expression orale. Il s\u2019agira aussi de formuler des situations qui tiennent au c\u0153ur des participantes. Qu\u2019elles soient v\u00e9cues ou imagin\u00e9es, elles seront en relation avec les th\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 ou de citoyennet\u00e9. La fa\u00e7on dont chacune comprend les th\u00e8mes sera d\u00e9j\u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la diversit\u00e9 attendue par Sandy Bichon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une fois le r\u00e9cit pr\u00e9cis\u00e9, il faudra l\u2019\u00e9crire, soit seule ou en petit groupe, soit avec l\u2019aide d\u2019une animatrice pour celles qui ne sont pas famili\u00e8res avec l\u2019\u00e9criture. Ensuite, chacune pr\u00e9sentera son histoire \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du groupe. Lequel r\u00e9agira de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 pointer les passages peu clairs ou au contraire tr\u00e8s convaincants. On r\u00e9agira aussi sur l\u2019expression du corps. L\u2019aisance se gagne \u00e9galement par la simplicit\u00e9 du propos et par l\u2019assurance des gestes. Ensuite, une restitution devant le public du CSCB se tiendra dans la grande salle. Et les textes seront affich\u00e9s dans la biblioth\u00e8que.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trouver ses mots pour trouver sa place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est dire que pour Sandy Bichon l\u2019oral et l\u2019\u00e9crit font un. La linguiste de formation ferraille contre ce qu\u2019elle consid\u00e8re comme un \u00ab appauvrissement du vocabulaire et de l\u2019\u00e9criture<\/em> \u00bb. Elle est convaincue que \u00ab plus on sait mettre en mot, mieux on est consid\u00e9r\u00e9, plus on est l\u00e9gitime et plus on s\u2019ins\u00e8re.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mieux, elle veut que la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer quitte le surplomb \u00e9litiste sur lequel elle campe souvent. L\u2019\u00e9loquence est \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de tous, de toutes en l\u2019occurrence, \u00e0 condition de savoir mobiliser ses mots et son corps. Et \u00e7a s\u2019apprend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
