Alors qu\u2019elle n\u2019ouvrait que l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, la cure de jouvence en fera bient\u00f4t un centre aquatique quatre saisons, avec trois bassins int\u00e9rieurs et deux ext\u00e9rieurs, des espaces de jeux aquatiques, un solarium, un hammam, un sauna, et m\u00eame un espace de restauration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans Le Parisien du 29 d\u00e9cembre, Anne-Sophie Damecour annonce une livraison en fin d’ann\u00e9e 2026. Le site du d\u00e9partement, quant \u00e0 lui, parle d\u2019une \u00ab r\u00e9ception des travaux mi-2026. Une marche \u00e0 blanc sera ensuite n\u00e9cessaire avant l’ouverture d\u00e9finitive au public programm\u00e9e d\u00e9but 2027.<\/em> \u00bb C\u2019est le m\u00eame ordre de grandeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Grenouill\u00e8re prolonge le parc de Sceaux avec lequel elle assurera une sorte de continuit\u00e9. Elle sera fortement v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9e, comptera de nombreux arbres et des toitures vertes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les habitants du quartier LaVall\u00e9e se frottent par avance les mains. On les comprend. Il leur suffira de traverser l\u2019avenue Sully Prudhomme pour se retrouver dans l\u2019aqualand version Sceaux. Autrement dit, ils sont juste en face du futur parc \u00e0 la fois plant\u00e9 et \u00e9quip\u00e9 de bassins, d\u2019une lagune de jeux pour enfants, de toboggans, le pentagliss et \u00ab la rivi\u00e8re sauvage \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une conception ambitieuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est le cabinet Dietmar Feichtinger, du nom de son fondateur, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de la conception. Ledit cabinet montre sur son site<\/a> ses nombreux projets : am\u00e9nagements urbains, b\u00e2timents, stations de m\u00e9tro et bien s\u00fbr centres sportifs. Et <\/s>c\u2019est en 2019 qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu pour concevoir l\u2019\u00e9quipement \u00ab innovant et performant \u00bb (comprendre : cinq bassins, dont trois int\u00e9rieurs dont un homologu\u00e9 avec 300 places en gradins, et deux ext\u00e9rieurs dont un bassin nordique de 50 m\u00e8tres ouvert toute l’ann\u00e9e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attribution en 2019 et d\u00e9but des travaux en 2024, ne cherchez pas l\u2019erreur. Il n\u2019y en a pas, \u00e0 moins que le covid en soit une. On se souvient de tous ces travaux interrompus. Et, dit le site du d\u00e9partement<\/a>, c\u2019est le \u00ab le 22 juin 2024, <\/em>[que] le pr\u00e9sident du D\u00e9partement des Hauts-de-Seine Georges Siffredi et Daniel Court\u00e8s, conseiller d\u00e9partemental d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 aux sports ont pos\u00e9 avec Jean-Yves S\u00e9nant, Maire d\u2019Antony, Carl S\u00e9gaud, Maire de Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry et Philippe Laurent, Maire de Sceaux, la 1re pierre du futur centre aquatique. <\/em>\u00bb Cette liste r\u00e9capitule toute l\u2019importance que les communes connexes ont accord\u00e9 au projet. Son montant le confirme, pr\u00e8s de 80 millions d’euros mis pour s\u2019\u00e9quiper d\u2019un \u00ab castel \u00bb aquatique !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec des travaux d\u00e9marr\u00e9s en 2024, on ne peut pas dire que le projet ait avanc\u00e9 au crawl. Mais on ne peut pas lui reprocher non plus de faire la planche. Trois ans en tout, c\u2019est long pour les impatients (on en est) mais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des BTP, c\u2019est plut\u00f4t normal. Il faut en remuer de la terre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tout cas, les futures g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de L\u00e9on Marchand ou de simples baigneurs pourront s’y entra\u00eener toute l’ann\u00e9e, sans avoir \u00e0 migrer vers d’autres points d’eau pendant les mois froids. Renouvelons sans tarder les maillots avant la ru\u00e9e. Aux derni\u00e8res nouvelles, la mode pour les hommes est au jammer de natation (short long), plut\u00f4t noir, et pour les femmes au une-pi\u00e8ce plut\u00f4t de n\u2019importe quelle couleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
