CHATENAY-MALABRY<\/strong> Assis confortablement, au milieu de tons rose pastel et pistache, je m\u2019\u00e9merveille comme un enfant de 5 ans devant les petits grains de vanilles savamment \u00e9parpill\u00e9s de mon flan, j’en savoure le croustillant de la p\u00e2te. Il est accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un caf\u00e9 fumant, servi dans une tasse qui est tout sauf classique. C\u2019est beau, c\u2019est chic, et ce n\u2019est m\u00eame pas cher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s de longs mois d\u2019une fr\u00e9n\u00e9tique attente, je d\u00e9guste enfin quelques douceurs dans cette d\u00e9licieuse p\u00e2tisserie salon de th\u00e9 qui vient d\u2019ouvrir ses portes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mathilde Fr\u00e9ville avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 son enthousiasme communicatif \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du d\u00e9jeuner en blanc <\/a>des voisins de LaVall\u00e9e. Elle avait alors concoct\u00e9 un magnifique g\u00e2teau de 160 parts, \u00e9chang\u00e9 avec les habitants du quartier, qui comme moi, ne pensaient qu\u2019\u00e0 la prochaine ouverture de son commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce mercredi 5 novembre, c\u2019est la cohue chez Mathilde Fr\u00e9ville. Tout le monde veut d\u00e9couvrir. Il faut prendre son mal en patience. On y vient pour le sourire de Mathilde, de Cynthia, de Cassandra, mais aussi pour le lieu, qui est un vrai cocon au sein de LaVall\u00e9e ; inutile de vous en dire plus sur les g\u00e2teaux et autres pr\u00e9parations sal\u00e9es, je sais que vous en salivez d\u2019avance !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En sortant de la boutique, quelques m\u00e8tres plus loin, on peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 deviner que des travaux battent leur plein, pour l\u2019ouverture du premier restaurant japonais de LaVall\u00e9e, Ono sushi, qui ouvrira ses portes en avril, ce n\u2019est pas une blague ! m\u00eame s\u2019il y aura sans doute du poisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si vous vous faisiez des soucis \u00e0 propos des commerces, oubliez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’essor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9part compliqu\u00e9 par l\u2019arriv\u00e9e graduelle des habitants, notre quartier voit son pouls battre \u00e0 un rythme plus soutenu. Voil\u00e0 le bar \u00e0 bi\u00e8re Beer\u2019s et sa terrasse remplie de discussions anim\u00e9es, le Basilic and Co qui ravit les familles avec ses pizzas du terroir. L\u2019autre jour, j\u2019ai patient\u00e9 pendant 20 minutes chez Gifi, pour acheter un costume effrayant d\u2019Halloween \u00e0 ma derni\u00e8re. Et ce n\u2019est pas nounours qui dirait le contraire : c\u2019\u00e9tait comme \u00e7a toute la journ\u00e9e, le Gifi plein comme un \u0153uf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tous les nounours du quartier vous le diront, et sans d\u00e9tour : le quartier commence \u00e0 d\u00e9coller, attachez votre ceinture !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le nounours de l\u2019institut de beaut\u00e9 vous le confirmera pendant sa manucure, le nounours de Perene, malgr\u00e9 ses siestes continuelles, vous confiera que la g\u00e9rante a de nouveau espoir. M\u00eame si vous n\u2019avez ni dressing, ni espace \u00e0 remodeler, ni nouvelle cuisine \u00e0 concevoir, vous pourrez y d\u00e9couvrir de belles bougies, des puzzles originaux ; vous ne pourrez pas dire que vous n\u2019aurez pas d\u2019id\u00e9es pour vos cadeaux de No\u00ebl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00eame les habitants, en voyant ADHEL, la toute nouvelle association, animer le quartier avec des bonbons, du vin chaud et des citrouilles d\u00e9cor\u00e9es, vous diront que la vie prend racine dans ce quartier. Le Carrefour City a distribu\u00e9 10 kilos de bonbons aux enfants pour l\u2019Halloween qu\u2019ADHEL a organis\u00e9. Le Basic Fit entraine son nounours tous les jours \u00e0 la barre fixe, on risque de ne pas le reconna\u00eetre dans un mois, avec ses tablettes de chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si vous passez devant EmJo, vous verrez que son nounours est bien mieux loti que les autres. Il acc\u00e8de \u00e0 tous les jolis sacs et accessoires propos\u00e9s par la boutique ; nul doute que les autres nounours de LaVall\u00e9e sont jaloux comme des poux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce n’est qu’un d\u00e9but!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ADHEL promet des concerts, des rencontres, de la danse, du cin\u00e9ma en plein air, la prochaine \u00e9dition du d\u00e9jeuner en blanc bien s\u00fbr, un vide-grenier, un carnaval, des conf\u00e9rences, et que sais-je encore ? Allez savoir ce que les nouvelles et nouveaux membres ADHEL, r\u00e9cemment accueillis vont sortir de leurs chapeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les commer\u00e7ants pr\u00e9parent de nouvelles animations dans le quartier, peut-\u00eatre un arbre de No\u00ebl. La mairie n\u2019est pas en reste, elle r\u00e9pond du tac au tac, en cas de sollicitations, pour animer le quartier. Ils r\u00e9pondent encore plus vite que les pompiers. Le quartier est tout nouveau et d\u00e9j\u00e0 il est agr\u00e9able. Les espaces verts et les jeux pour les enfants, le parc de Sceaux juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 y sont pour quelque chose. Mais je peux t\u00e9moigner, j\u2019y habite, l\u2019accueil des commer\u00e7ants, l\u2019amabilit\u00e9 des habitants, y prennent une plus grande part encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
