Pour en savoir plus sur l\u2019avancement du programme, La Gazette a rencontr\u00e9 Richard Laurens, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Vall\u00e9e Sud Hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une r\u00e9flexion entam\u00e9e en 2017<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2017 sous la pr\u00e9sidence de Jean Didier Berger, le territoire Vall\u00e9e Sud Grand Paris engage une r\u00e9flexion sur la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre dus au transport sur son territoire. En 2018, il soumet un premier dossier \u00e0 l\u2019ADEME. Il propose une solution d\u2019alimentation en hydrog\u00e8ne vert pour son parc automobile<s>.<\/s> D\u00e9but 2020, apr\u00e8s analyse, l\u2019ADEME rejette le dossier. Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9valuation montrait que le tout \u00e9lectrique \u00e9tait \u00e9conomiquement plus rentable pour le parc automobile de VGSP. Il r\u00e9pondait efficacement aux usages urbains pour des v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers effectuant en moyenne 50km par jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ce premier refus, VGSP d\u00e9cide de poursuivre ses \u00e9tudes et confie le projet \u00e0 Vall\u00e9e Sud Mobilit\u00e9s en juin 2021. En septembre 2021, Vall\u00e9e Sud Mobilit\u00e9s soumet \u00e0 l\u2019ADEME un nouveau projet focalis\u00e9 sur l\u2019alimentation en \u00ab&nbsp;hydrog\u00e8ne vert&nbsp;\u00bb pour ses v\u00e9hicules lourds&nbsp;: camions-bennes de collecte des d\u00e9chets et bus. Il s\u2019appuyait sur le constat que le tout \u00e9lectrique n\u2019\u00e9tait pas adapt\u00e9 aux missions des v\u00e9hicules lourds tels que les bennes et les bus, circulant sur son territoire. Les capacit\u00e9s des batteries et les temps de charge ne r\u00e9pondaient pas aux contraintes en termes de reliefs, de distances journali\u00e8res \u00e0 parcourir, de poids \u00e0 d\u00e9placer et de puissance n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des presses hydrauliques pour les bennes. La solution \u00ab&nbsp;hydrog\u00e8ne&nbsp;\u00bb permet par exemple aux camions-bennes de r\u00e9aliser des tourn\u00e9es de 140 km en totale autonomie et r\u00e9duit le temps de charge \u00e0 15\u2019. Le tout \u00e9lectrique r\u00e9duit l\u2019autonomie \u00e0 50 km et exigerait 2 \u00e0 3 passages en charge pour assurer une tourn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vall\u00e9e Sud Hydrog\u00e8ne, filiale de Vall\u00e9e Sud Mobilit\u00e9s, est cr\u00e9\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2021. En juillet 2022 l\u2019ADEME valide la nouvelle proposition. Elle la soutient par une subvention de 5 millions d\u2019euros compl\u00e9t\u00e9e d\u2019une aide de 2 millions de la R\u00e9gion Ile-de-France et de 5 millions de la Communaut\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne. Ces apports rendaient le projet \u00e9conomiquement viable. L\u2019ADEME apporte \u00e9galement des subventions pour l\u2019acquisition des bennes \u00e0 ordures m\u00e9nag\u00e8res et des bus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La construction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vall\u00e9e Sud Mobilit\u00e9s souhaite d\u00e9l\u00e9guer rapidement la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019usine de production et de distribution \u00e0 Vall\u00e9e Sud Hydrog\u00e8ne au travers d\u2019un contrat de concession de services. Le code des march\u00e9s publics impose la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure d\u2019appel d\u2019offres concurrentiel. Ce qui est fait en ao\u00fbt 2022. Vall\u00e9e Sud Hydrog\u00e8ne sera le seul \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre et le march\u00e9 lui sera finalement attribu\u00e9 en juillet 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ao\u00fbt 2023 \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un appel d\u2019offres, un contrat cl\u00e9 en main (EPC) de 31 millions d\u2019euros est sign\u00e9 pour l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie, les approvisionnements, la construction du site de distribution et de production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne par \u00e9lectrolyse \u00e0 Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry. Hynamics, groupe EDF, est le partenaire industriel de Vall\u00e9e Sud Hydrog\u00e8ne sur ce projet. Il est aussi, depuis le d\u00e9but, actionnaire minoritaire de Vall\u00e9e Sud Hydrog\u00e8ne au c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Vall\u00e9e Sud mobilit\u00e9s. La Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts rentrera au capital de Vall\u00e9e Sud Hydrog\u00e8ne en f\u00e9vrier 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1<sup>er<\/sup> trimestre 2026&nbsp;: Livraison du site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le site de production et de distribution de Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry doit rentrer progressivement en production au premier trimestre 2026. Il devra \u00e0 terme alimenter l\u2019ensemble des 27 bennes \u00e0 d\u00e9chets m\u00e9nagers du territoire. Les 30 bus hydrog\u00e8ne d\u2019Ile-de-France Mobilit\u00e9s seront aliment\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du site de distribution de Ch\u00e2tillon. Ils permettront de charger en 15\u2019 des r\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 350 ou 700 bars suivant le type de v\u00e9hicule. L\u2019\u00abhydrog\u00e8ne vert\u00bb ou bas carbone sera produit par un \u00e9lectrolyseur de 5 MW capable de fournir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 tonnes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne par jour. Il sera aliment\u00e9 en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 issue de productions renouvelables. L\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sera ensuite compress\u00e9 pour \u00eatre stock\u00e9 dans des r\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 450 bars et 950 bars. La plateforme de distribution permettra ensuite de charger des r\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 350 et \u00e0 700 bars. Des tests de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont permis de valider la r\u00e9sistance de l\u2019installation \u00e0 une pression de 1100 bars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les 3 premiers camions-bennes \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne sont annonc\u00e9s au 1<sup>er<\/sup> trimestre 2026. Ce sont des bennes existantes, elles auront fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un \u00ab&nbsp;retrofit&nbsp;\u00bb (le remplacement d\u2019anciens composants par de plus r\u00e9cents sans modifier la fonction). Les moteurs thermiques sont remplac\u00e9s par une propulsion \u00e9lectrique, batterie et moteur, aliment\u00e9e en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par une pile \u00e0 combustible (PAC) et un r\u00e9servoir d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne charg\u00e9 \u00e0 350 bars. La mise \u00e0 niveau est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 CGK, pionnier fran\u00e7ais pour le \u00ab&nbsp;retrofit&nbsp;\u00bb de v\u00e9hicules lourds.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/sceaux-lagazette.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44626\" style=\"width:366px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sceaux-lagazette.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/sceaux-lagazette.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo Y. Bellec<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\">Les 30 bus hydrog\u00e8ne sont achet\u00e9s par Ile-de-France Mobilit\u00e9s au fabricant polonais Solaris. Ils seront mis \u00e0 disposition du concessionnaire ATM retenu pour leur exploitation. Les 5 premiers arriveront fin 2025. Leur d\u00e9p\u00f4t est localis\u00e9 \u00e0 Ch\u00e2tillon. La station de distribution est situ\u00e9e au plus pr\u00e8s du centre de remisage. Elle sera aliment\u00e9e en hydrog\u00e8ne par camion \u00e0 partir de l\u2019usine de Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry. Le site de Ch\u00e2tillon retenu pour la distribution \u00e9tant situ\u00e9 sur une zone de carri\u00e8res, des solutions sont actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude pour consolider le sous-sol avant la construction de la station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un d\u00e9monstrateur \u00e9cologique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en service du site de production et de distribution de Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry doit intervenir d\u00e9but 2026. La mont\u00e9e en charge progressive s\u2019adaptera au calendrier de livraison des bennes et des bus. A terme, ils devraient absorber 50% de la production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. Vall\u00e9e Sud Hydrog\u00e8ne explore les d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s potentiels pour l\u2019exc\u00e9dent de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement Vall\u00e9e Sud Grand Paris, en partenariat avec la ville de Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry, \u00e9tudie l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de la mise en place d&rsquo;un d\u00e9monstrateur \u00e9cologique sur le terrain de la Sygrie ou est localis\u00e9 la station. Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019or\u00e9e de la for\u00eat domaniale le site serait compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9 et re v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9.
