Ils ne sont plus de simples passeurs de paysages, mais des acteurs \u00e9conomiques, professionnels, rapides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vuln\u00e9rables, les pi\u00e9tons subissent un sentiment croissant d&rsquo;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, particuli\u00e8rement, se retirent de l&rsquo;espace public, victimes silencieuses d&rsquo;une mobilit\u00e9 agressive. Des \u00e9tudes ouvrent sur d\u2019int\u00e9ressantes r\u00e9flexions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des situations conflictuelles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruedelavenir.com\/actualites\/cohabitation-pietons-cyclistes-prevenir-les-conflits-dusage-rapport-du-groupe-de-travail-2024\/\">Celle (passionnante)<\/a> de <em>Rue de l\u2019Avenir<\/em> pr\u00e9sente parmi les causes de situations conflictuelles : des espaces partag\u00e9s sans r\u00e9glementation claire, comme les trottoirs et les voies vertes en milieu urbain dense. \u00c9galement, une mauvaise compr\u00e9hension des am\u00e9nagements : les doubles sens cyclables et autres dispositifs sont mal compris et parfois mal utilis\u00e9s, cr\u00e9ant des tensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le terme \u00ab\u00a0mobilit\u00e9s actives\u00a0\u00bb, souvent utilis\u00e9 pour promouvoir des formes de transport sans \u00e9mission de CO2, pose probl\u00e8me. Il regroupe des usagers tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. Les v\u00e9los ont progressivement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 des engins de plus en plus motoris\u00e9s (VAE, trottinettes, cyclomobiles), transformant leur usage initial. Dans les aires pi\u00e9tonnes, leur pr\u00e9sence devient probl\u00e9matique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encadrer les usages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude de <em>Rue de l\u2019Avenir<\/em> propose des \u00e9volutions et en situe quatre types d\u2019acteurs : le pouvoir r\u00e9glementaire qui doit r\u00e9guler\u00a0; les collectivit\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer la concertation\u00a0; les associations de cyclistes et les associations de pi\u00e9tons pour chercher des compris et ne pas se diaboliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On se reportera au texte pour avoir une vue compl\u00e8te de la d\u00e9marche et mieux la situer. Ce r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ici ne vise qu\u2019\u00e0 susciter la curiosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agirait donc d\u2019adapter les r\u00e8gles pour mieux encadrer les nouveaux usages de l&rsquo;espace public, comme les engins de d\u00e9placements motoris\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques (EDPM)<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> et les v\u00e9los cargos. Il s\u2019agirait aussi de revoir les r\u00e8gles pour mieux encadrer les usages et sanctionner les comportements dangereux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle propose en mati\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de l&rsquo;espace public d\u2019assurer la lisibilit\u00e9 et la continuit\u00e9 des am\u00e9nagements. Ce qui revient de fait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la vitesse et le nombre de v\u00e9hicules, et d\u00e9limiter clairement les espaces pour chaque mode de transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des comportements, elle invite \u00e0 promouvoir la vigilance et la tol\u00e9rance entre usagers, et accompagner les changements de comportement sur le long terme. En d\u2019autres termes&nbsp;: former et sensibiliser tous les usagers, \u00e0 tout \u00e2ge, pour une cohabitation apais\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Besoin d\u2019\u00e9volutions r\u00e9glementaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude de <em>Rue de l\u2019Avenir<\/em> pr\u00e9sente quelques propositions. Pour les aires pi\u00e9tonnes&nbsp;: autoriser les cyclistes \u00e0 circuler sur les aires pi\u00e9tonnes sous conditions (allure du pas, non-g\u00eane des pi\u00e9tons).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la travers\u00e9e conditionnelle&nbsp;: aligner la r\u00e9glementation pi\u00e9tonne sur la pratique r\u00e9elle&nbsp;; permettre la travers\u00e9e de rue sous certaines conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Double-sens cyclables&nbsp;: g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser les double-sens pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9&nbsp;; habituer les usagers \u00e0 surveiller la circulation dans les deux sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9duction de vitesse en zones de rencontre&nbsp;: limiter la vitesse \u00e0 10 km\/h au lieu de 20 km\/h&nbsp;; am\u00e9liorer la priorit\u00e9 pi\u00e9tonne et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9chelle de vitesses propos\u00e9e : aire pi\u00e9tonne \u00e0 5 km\/h&nbsp;; zone de rencontre \u00e0 10 km\/h&nbsp;; zone 30 \u00e0 30 km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travers\u00e9e des voies express v\u00e9lo&nbsp;: limiter la vitesse dans les zones pi\u00e9tonnes denses&nbsp;; trouver des itin\u00e9raires alternatifs&nbsp;; dissuader les cyclistes rapides aux heures de forte affluence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le point de vue des cyclistes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si elles en parlent peu sur leurs sites, les associations de cyclistes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement conscientes des risques que la pratique du v\u00e9lo peut repr\u00e9senter pour les pi\u00e9tons. Dans les zones urbaines denses, les espaces partag\u00e9s, comme les trottoirs ou les voies vertes, sont souvent trop \u00e9troits. Elles reconnaissent que les vitesses des cyclistes, surtout dans des zones tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es, peuvent \u00eatre dangereuses pour les pi\u00e9tons, notamment lorsqu\u2019un cycliste roule \u00e0 une vitesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En guise de r\u00e9ponse, les associations plaident souvent pour des am\u00e9nagements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. En revendiquant des pistes cyclables s\u00e9par\u00e9es des trottoirs, elles revendiquent de fait une r\u00e9duction (ou une complication) de la circulation des voitures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles estiment aussi que les r\u00e8gles de circulation doivent \u00eatre claires et mieux appliqu\u00e9es, avec une meilleure communication sur les am\u00e9nagements urbains. On trouve des d\u00e9clarations int\u00e9ressantes <a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/G\u00e9rard%20Bardier\/Documents\/G\u00e9rard\/M\u00e9dia\/T1%202025\/fub.fr\">sur le site<\/a> de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Usagers de la Bicyclette (FUB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le r\u00f4le des transports publics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pietons.org\/\">60 Millions de Pi\u00e9tons<\/a><\/em> et la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnaut.fr\/qui-sommes-nous\/\">FNAUT<\/a> (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nationale des Associations d&rsquo;Usagers des Transports) ont sollicit\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerema.fr\/fr\/cerema\">Cerema<\/a><a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> pour approfondir le lien entre la marche \u00e0 pied et les transports publics. Ils mettent en avant l&rsquo;importance de la \u00ab&nbsp;marche intermodale&nbsp;\u00bb, qui d\u00e9signe les d\u00e9placements \u00e0 pied entre diff\u00e9rents modes de transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude du Cerema doit identifier les difficult\u00e9s qui entravent la continuit\u00e9 entre ces deux modes de d\u00e9placement : la marche et les transports en commun. \u00c9galement les interf\u00e9rences avec les autres mobilit\u00e9s individuelles dans ces espaces : voiture, taxi, motos, v\u00e9lo et EDPM.
