Cette id\u00e9e est assez commune chez la plupart d\u2019entre nous. Ce qui est probablement moins connu, c\u2019est le fait que ce concept est <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Passager_clandestin_(%C3%A9conomie)\" target=\"_blank\">utilis\u00e9 en \u00e9conomie<\/a> pour des situations plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Celles o\u00f9 des personnes utilisent des services (en particulier des biens publics), sans les payer ou sans participer \u00e0 leur financement, soit par une man\u0153uvre volontaire soit en exploitant une d\u00e9faillance de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux exemples sont souvent donn\u00e9s&nbsp;: celui du non-syndiqu\u00e9 (ou du non-gr\u00e9viste) qui profite des actions men\u00e9es par les autres, et celui qui refuse de se faire vacciner, mais profite de l\u2019immunit\u00e9 collective acquise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ceux qui sont vaccin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains pays, des avantages ne profitent qu\u2019aux syndiqu\u00e9s. C\u2019est le cas pour l\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage en Su\u00e8de, ce qui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cairn.info\/revue-chronique-internationale-de-l-ires-2017-4-page-143.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">est consid\u00e9r\u00e9<\/a> comme une des raisons du tr\u00e8s haut taux de syndicalisation dans ce pays. En France, on a connu des secteurs o\u00f9 l\u2019affiliation au syndicat \u00e9tait obligatoire (dans le Livre, chez les dockers) avec les d\u00e9rives que cela a pu faciliter. Cela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cairn.info\/revue-courrier-hebdomadaire-du-crisp-1961-27-page-1.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reste<\/a> un des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latribune.fr\/actualites\/economie\/france\/20140804trib000842973\/les-paradoxes-de-la-syndicalisation-en-france..html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9flexion<\/a> sur le syndicalisme en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me exemple r\u00e9sonne bien s\u00fbr avec l\u2019actualit\u00e9. Se faire vacciner, c\u2019est prendre le risque d\u2019effets secondaires. Ceux-ci peuvent \u00eatre l\u00e9gers, mais rarement nuls. La balance b\u00e9n\u00e9fice\/risque est toujours largement favorable (sinon le produit ne serait pas autoris\u00e9) du point de vue individuel, bien s\u00fbr. Mais du point de vue collectif encore plus nettement, car l\u2019immunit\u00e9 collective permise par un nombre suffisant de vaccin\u00e9s est indispensable pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre vaccin\u00e9s pour diverses contre-indications&nbsp;: femmes enceintes, immunod\u00e9prim\u00e9s etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ici.radio-canada.ca\/nouvelle\/1787098\/france-vaccin-scepticisme-covid-stade-commercants\" target=\"_blank\">la m\u00e9fiance <\/a>est souvent la premi\u00e8re motivation des antivaccins, souvent pour des raisons de type complotistes, l\u2019attitude du passager clandestin est \u00e0 rapprocher du type \u00ab\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nimby\" target=\"_blank\">NIMBY<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb (faites ce que je dis, mais pas dans mon jardin).
