Savez-vous qu\u2019il existe un dispositif \u00ab\u00a0un jeune un mentor\u00a0\u00bb[1] dont l’objectif est que \u00ab\u00a0100 000 jeunes\u00a0\u00bb puissent en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier cette ann\u00e9e ? Il s\u2019inscrit dans le plan \u00ab\u00a01 jeune 1 solution\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> , lanc\u00e9 en juillet 2020, qui vise \u00e0 soutenir les associations et les entreprises d\u00e9j\u00e0 impliqu\u00e9es dans le mentorat et \u00e0 convaincre d’autres de s’y engager. Un budget d’environ 30 millions d’euros est allou\u00e9 pour 2021. Ces moyens suppl\u00e9mentaires permettront aux associations organis\u00e9es autour du Collectif mentorat et labellis\u00e9es par l’\u00c9tat de mettre en relation et d’accompagner les mentor\u00e9s et les mentors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En septembre 2019, huit associations ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en commun leur \u00e9nergie pour d\u00e9velopper le mentorat en France en cr\u00e9ant le Collectif Mentorat <\/a>. Ce regroupement, qui a vu doubler son nombre d\u2019associations depuis f\u00e9vrier 2021, accompagne tous les ans pr\u00e8s de 30 000 jeunes en difficult\u00e9 partout en France. Ses objectifs : \u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un mentorat de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers la France, favoriser l\u2019inscription du mentorat dans les politiques publiques et pouvoir offrir \u00e0 tous ceux qui le souhaitent de devenir mentor ou d\u2019\u00eatre mentor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que vous soyez \u00e9tudiant(e), salari\u00e9(e) en entreprise, retrait\u00e9(e), une association peut correspondre \u00e0 votre profil et, moyennant une \u00e9tude de votre candidature, vous mettre en relation avec des jeunes ayant besoin de soutien pour la mise en place d\u2019un accompagnement individuel plus ou moins long. Ces associations ont \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rents objets et un spectre large de mentor\u00e9s : coll\u00e9giens, lyc\u00e9ens, jeunes en recherche d\u2019emploi et provenant de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions. Certaines associations sont plus d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux zones rurales. Cependant, la majorit\u00e9 intervient sur la France enti\u00e8re et notamment en Ile de France. Personnellement, j\u2019ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour DUO for a job<\/a>, qui s\u2019est implant\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment en Ile de France, mais qui existe depuis 2013 en Belgique. En effet, cette association s\u2019adresse pour les mentors aux personnes de 50 ans et plus, qui peuvent \u00eatre retrait\u00e9s, tout \u00e0 fait mon profil ! Par ailleurs, l\u2019engagement est pr\u00e9cis : 2h par semaine sur 6 mois et il est pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019un cycle de formation de 20h (en visioconf\u00e9rence actuellement), qui semble tr\u00e8s concret et complet. Je vous en dirai plus quand je serai devenue mentor !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duo for a job recherche<\/a> aussi des mentor\u00e9s, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des jeunes de 18 \u00e0 33 ans, issus de la diversit\u00e9 ou r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, domicili\u00e9s en Ile de France qui sont activement en recherche d\u2019emploi ou de stage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
