Les bonnes \u00e2mes qui le peuvent et connaissent des personnes priv\u00e9es des moyens de se connecter pourront ainsi leur proposer de venir avec leur portable ou leur tablette partager cette rencontre conviviale en respectant les contraintes covid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette vid\u00e9o est la premi\u00e8re d\u2019une d\u00e9marche de 7 rencontres programm\u00e9es jusqu\u2019au 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;avril. Le plateau install\u00e9 en mairie \u00e9tait anim\u00e9 par une consultante, Charifa Assad, et accueillait notre maire Philippe Laurent, son adjointe Chantal Brault, et trois t\u00e9moins, Laurence Azzam, Dior Tall et Mohammed Ghali. Enfin, plusieurs t\u00e9moins en ligne sont intervenus au fil des sujets abord\u00e9s et des questions pos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premi\u00e8re impression&nbsp;: une bonne animation, un d\u00e9roul\u00e9 plut\u00f4t r\u00e9ussi malgr\u00e9 quelques retours audio inaudibles. \u00ab&nbsp;On ne vous entend pas, c\u2019est pas grave&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb assure l\u2019animatrice (ce sera vite r\u00e9par\u00e9), des t\u00e9moignages sinc\u00e8res et clairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En introduction, Philippe Laurent rappelle les objectifs de ces d\u00e9marches <strong>Parlons ensemble<\/strong>\u2026 <br>\u00ab&nbsp;Pour cette premi\u00e8re rencontre de <strong>Parlons ensemble des Blagis<\/strong>, pour ce quartier qui le m\u00e9rite, par son histoire, sa culture, son dynamisme, nous souhaitons le&nbsp;valoriser au maximum pour une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie pour l\u2019ensemble de ses habitants&nbsp;\u00bb. Il ajoutera pour finir&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Nous comptons vraiment sur vous pour construire ensemble\u2026 parce que\u2026 une ville, c\u2019est d\u2019abord et avant tout ses habitants&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les t\u00e9moignages se succ\u00e8dent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sous forme d\u2019extraits du reportage en images effectu\u00e9 le mois pass\u00e9 et des interventions des personnes pr\u00e9sentes en plateau ou connect\u00e9s en visioconf\u00e9rence. La pr\u00e9sentation des t\u00e9moignages est construite en 3 grandes parties&nbsp;: <strong><em>Le v\u00e9cu &#8211; Ce qui ne va pas &#8211; Ce qu\u2019il faudrait faire<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeunes et moins jeunes s\u2019expriment, sans langue de bois, avec sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 et sans agressivit\u00e9. <strong><em>Le<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>v\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>cu<\/em><\/strong> et <strong><em>Ce qui ne va pas<\/em><\/strong> se rejoignent. Les plus \u00e2g\u00e9s regrettent un quartier d\u2019autrefois vivant et dynamique, les actifs expriment leur amertume devant un quartier qui leur semble \u00ab&nbsp;laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019abandon&nbsp;\u00bb, les plus jeunes piaffent en attendant qu\u2019on leur propose des choses\u2026 \u00e0 vivre.<br>Les insatisfactions portent surtout sur la d\u00e9gradation du centre commercial et les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9. On note quand m\u00eame quelques t\u00e9moignages plus positifs et m\u00eame de satisfaction parce que \u00ab&nbsp;Les Blagis, c\u2019est mieux que ce j\u2019ai connu ailleurs&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant \u00e0 <strong><em>Ce qu\u2019il faudrait faire<\/em><\/strong>, les id\u00e9es ne manquent pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conclusion est laiss\u00e9e aux \u00e9lus. Chantal Brault reprend une question pos\u00e9e par un t\u00e9moin&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Quel r\u00f4le les Blagis peuvent jouer pour Sceaux&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb \u00ab&nbsp;Vous vous rendez compte&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb ajoute-t-elle, presque \u00e9tonn\u00e9e, comme si elle d\u00e9couvrait une question importante. Alors que le quartier fait d\u00e9bat depuis des d\u00e9cennies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Philippe Laurent, termine en admettant que \u00ab&nbsp;ceci est&nbsp;un constat que nous partageons et dont nous sommes conscients&nbsp;\u00bb. Toutefois fait-il remarquer \u00ab&nbsp;On ne peut pas faire seuls. Il y a plusieurs partenaires importants qui sont pr\u00e9sents sur le quartier et que nous ne ma\u00eetrisons pas. On a des discussions, mais\u2026 Il est tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s important que l\u2019ensemble des habitants soit mobilis\u00e9. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de protester, il s\u2019agit de construire ensemble&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019en ressors avec le sentiment qu\u2019il y a encore beaucoup \u00e0 d\u00e9battre, car les habitants des Blagis attendent beaucoup (trop&nbsp;?) de leurs \u00e9lus et ceux-ci, par la voix de leur maire, semblent attendre beaucoup des habitants.
