Un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.education.gouv.fr\/evaluations-2020-reperes-cp-ce1-premiers-resultats-307122\" target=\"_blank\">document<\/a> de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale, paru en novembre, montrait l\u2019impact sur le niveau des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en primaire. Selon ce qu\u2019on voudra d\u00e9montrer, on pourra en d\u00e9duire que ce confinement \u00e0 nettement ralenti les apprentissages ou que les efforts de tous ont permis de limiter les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif est-il irr\u00e9versible au point de marquer toute une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration&nbsp;? Est-il au contraire rattrapable \u00e0 condition d\u2019en prendre les moyens&nbsp;? En pratique, comment cela se passe-t-il dans nos \u00e9coles&nbsp;? Pour le savoir, la Gazette a pu rencontrer le directeur de l\u2019\u00e9cole des Blagis, M. Delamare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019\u00e9cole des Blagis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9cole compte 15 classes et accueille environ 380 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, du CP au CM2. L\u2019une des classes est une UPAA (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Unit%C3%A9_p%C3%A9dagogique_pour_%C3%A9l%C3%A8ves_allophones_arrivants\" target=\"_blank\">Unit\u00e9 P\u00e9dagogique pour \u00e9l\u00e8ves Allophones Arrivants<\/a>) qui accueille pendant deux ans les jeunes concern\u00e9s de la circonscription (Sceaux, Bourg-la-Reine, Fontenay-aux-Roses). Je suis accueilli dans une vaste biblioth\u00e8que, qui joue un r\u00f4le p\u00e9dagogique important dans l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M. Delamare est directeur d\u2018\u00e9cole depuis 30 ans (il a commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s jeune&nbsp;!) et de cette \u00e9cole depuis 23 ans. C\u2019est dire qu\u2019il la conna\u00eet (il y est tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9), comme il conna\u00eet tous les enfants, puisqu\u2019il passe une bonne partie de sa journ\u00e9e \u00e0 travailler avec eux, par petits groupes, dans cette biblioth\u00e8que. L\u2019\u00e9quipe est tr\u00e8s stable (\u00e0 part deux enseignantes parties \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger avec leur conjoint), les d\u00e9parts sont tous des d\u00e9parts en retraite. On comprend que cela a beaucoup d\u2019avantages pour la continuit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le premier confinement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s le 12 mars, l\u2019\u00e9cole s\u2019est trouv\u00e9e au pied du mur&nbsp;: il s\u2019agissait de garder le contact avec tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et de les \u00ab&nbsp;alimenter&nbsp;\u00bb. D\u2019autant plus important que l\u2019\u00e9quipe enseignante a vite compris que le confinement allait durer au-del\u00e0 des 15 jours qu\u2019elle avait imagin\u00e9 tout au d\u00e9but. Alors elle a organis\u00e9 un suivi individuel de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve, le plus souvent par internet, mais aussi en allant porter le mat\u00e9riel papier chez ceux qui n&rsquo;y avaient pas acc\u00e8s. Sur Sceaux, les enfants de soignants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole du centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir du 12 mai, l\u2019\u00e9cole a repris en panachant le distanciel et le pr\u00e9sentiel. Pour faciliter la vie des parents, la moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves venant sur place les lundis et mardis comprenait toutes les fratries. Les enfants repartaient avec du travail pour les deux jours o\u00f9 ils restaient chez eux, ce travail \u00e9tant v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 \u00e0 leur retour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. Et cela a fonctionn\u00e9&nbsp;! Le dispositif a permis de garder le contact avec tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de ceux de l\u2019UPAA (lien d\u2019autant plus difficile avec les parents qu\u2019eux non plus ne parlent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas fran\u00e7ais).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela a demand\u00e9 un engagement tr\u00e8s fort de tous. Selon le directeur, l\u2019\u00e9quipe est arriv\u00e9e \u00ab&nbsp;essor\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb aux vacances&nbsp;! Au total, M. Delamare consid\u00e8re que l\u2019\u00e9preuve a plut\u00f4t renforc\u00e9 le lien entre l\u2019\u00e9cole et les familles, mais a affect\u00e9 n\u00e9gativement tout ce qui fait la force et la dynamique collective d\u2019une \u00e9cole, \u00e0 savoir les \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui cette ann\u00e9e n\u2019ont pu avoir lieu. Cette \u00e9valuation a permis d\u2019identifier pour une s\u00e9rie de comp\u00e9tences en fran\u00e7ais et en math\u00e9matiques les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant un besoin de renforcement (ainsi que ceux dont les comp\u00e9tences sont fragiles). L\u2019\u00e9cole a alors utilis\u00e9 un m\u00e9canisme d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9prouv\u00e9&nbsp;: un enseignant garde uniquement les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant un besoin de renforcement donn\u00e9 pour travailler le domaine concern\u00e9 (Activit\u00e9 P\u00e9dagogique Compl\u00e9mentaire ou APC) pendant que les autres \u00e9l\u00e8ves de sa classe sont pris en charge par le directeur pour un travail personnel dans la biblioth\u00e8que.&nbsp; Une nouvelle \u00e9valuation apr\u00e8s No\u00ebl a permis de constater que, pour la plupart des domaines \u00e9valu\u00e9s, plus de 80 % des \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont au-dessus du seuil de comp\u00e9tences attendu, soit un r\u00e9sultat largement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne nationale. Dans deux domaines, le r\u00e9sultat est autour de 60 %&nbsp;: compr\u00e9hension des \u00e9nonc\u00e9s (en math\u00e9matiques) et vocabulaire. A l\u2019\u00e9cole des Blagis, la biblioth\u00e8que est au c\u0153ur des apprentissages. Lors de la pause m\u00e9ridienne (il y a trois services successifs \u00e0 la cantine, les enfants peuvent venir \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e8que pour y travailler leur expos\u00e9 ou lire ce qu\u2019ils veulent. Par exemple, cette ann\u00e9e, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de CM2 travaillent sur la d\u00e9couverte de l\u2019Europe et chacun d\u2019entre eux pr\u00e9pare un expos\u00e9 sur l\u2019un des pays de notre continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On ne peut que souhaiter que ces pratiques fassent des \u00e9mules&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.S. : l&rsquo;image en t\u00eate de l&rsquo;article repr\u00e9sente la fresque affich\u00e9e dans la biblioth\u00e8que de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole.
