La d\u00e9marche sc\u00e9enne \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour du dernier conseil municipal du 4 f\u00e9vrier. L\u2019enjeu est de pouvoir tirer parti des aides gouvernementales pr\u00e9vues dans le plan de relance. Il faut dire que l\u2019objectif, de r\u00e9nover 500&nbsp;000 logements par an, affich\u00e9 par l\u2019Etat depuis au moins 2013, est pour l\u2019instant loin d\u2019\u00eatre atteint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sceaux-lagazette.fr\/index.php\/2020\/11\/12\/mobilite-choix-delicats-en-perspective\/\">LGdS a aussi \u00e9voqu\u00e9<\/a> la r\u00e9flexion en cours au sein du territoire VSGP pour la pr\u00e9paration du Plan Climat, Air, Energie (PCAET) et le r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 dans cette r\u00e9flexion par la CATTE (Coordination des Associations du Territoire pour la Transition Ecologique).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sein de la CATTE, s\u2019est cr\u00e9\u00e9 un groupe de travail \u00ab\u00a0B\u00e2timents durables\u00a0\u00bb qui a auditionn\u00e9 des responsables et des op\u00e9rateurs de la r\u00e9novation des b\u00e2timents. De ces premiers travaux, le groupe conclut qu\u2019il existe sur le territoire un important foss\u00e9 entre le rythme des r\u00e9novations en cours et les objectifs affich\u00e9s pour 2050.
