Le philosophe y donne sa vision de la loi de 1905&nbsp;:&nbsp; la libert\u00e9 religieuse s\u2019adresse aux personnes et aux lieux de culte et elle doit pleinement d\u00e9fendue dans la mesure o\u00f9 elle \u00ab&nbsp;ne porte pas atteinte aux lois du vivre-ensemble.&nbsp;\u00bb. Il n\u2019y a, pour lui, aucune contradiction avec la critique des \u00ab&nbsp;croyances religieuses&nbsp;\u00bb qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re comme une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \u00e9mancipatrice. \u00ab&nbsp;Elle vise \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer les hommes des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s, des dogmes et des pratiques qui les emp\u00eachent d\u2019\u00eatre pleinement eux-m\u00eames\u2026&nbsp;\u00bb On ne saurait mieux faire profession d\u2019ath\u00e9isme, lequel se tient tout autant que le religieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est donc une distinction que fait l\u2019auteur entre l\u2019attitude sociale vis-\u00e0-vis de la croyance personnelle et celle vis-\u00e0-vis de la croyance \u00ab&nbsp;th\u00e9orique&nbsp;\u00bb, ce qu\u2019il appelle \u00ab&nbsp;la religion objective&nbsp;\u00bb. La libert\u00e9 de critiquer cet aspect de la religion fait partie de la libre pens\u00e9e philosophique du monde occidental depuis le si\u00e8cle des Lumi\u00e8res. Des philosophes continuent d\u2019y travailler et il ne saurait \u00eatre question de la remettre en cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, comme le rappelle Yvon Quiniou, la loi de 1905 \u00ab&nbsp;ne dit rien sur la mani\u00e8re dont on a le droit, ou pas, de critiquer les religions, et donc sur le respect qu\u2019elles m\u00e9ritent.&nbsp;\u00bb Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019un gros probl\u00e8me surgit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limites de la critique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La critique peut s\u2019exprimer \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s, par la moquerie, par l\u2019ironie en passant par les sarcasmes, les caricatures, l\u2019outrage et atteindre le blasph\u00e8me, au niveau sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces diff\u00e9rents niveaux de critique rel\u00e8vent tous de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression, mais pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 quel objectif ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-il efficace et utile d\u2019instruire les enfants en leur pr\u00e9sentant des caricatures et en leur donnant cet exemple de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des humoristes est devenu incontournable dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui valorise les comportements de masse. Faire rire de tout et de rien est devenu un m\u00e9tier, peu importe la port\u00e9e de ce qui est dit et qui g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement contribue \u00e0 d\u00e9valoriser la cible vis\u00e9e en dehors de toute analyse politique ou religieuse s\u00e9rieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9mancipation des enfants, futurs adultes, futurs citoyens ne passe par des critiques radicales, m\u00eame si elles sont pertinentes sur le plan philosophique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation \u00e0 l\u2019esprit critique et libre passe par une formation qui tient compte des croyances actuelles et en particulier de la culture familiale, qui reste encore et malgr\u00e9 tout le fondement de la personnalit\u00e9 des enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour une p\u00e9dagogie qui distingue l\u2019obscurantisme de religion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne nous trompons pas de combat. Il s\u2019agit de vaincre l\u2019obscurantisme qui n\u2019est pas le fait d\u2019une religion mais d\u2019un certain cl\u00e9ricalisme ou qui se pr\u00e9sente comme tel qui utilise la religion comme vecteur de contamination \u2026\u00e0 des fins politiques. On conviendra que les religions deviennent ce que les pouvoirs temporels des hommes en ont fait. Ce que le Pape Fran\u00e7ois a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 \u00e0 juste titre par le mot \u00ab cl\u00e9ricalisme \u00bb bien souvent bien \u00e9loign\u00e9 des valeurs d\u2019origine de la religion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Yvon Quiniou, l\u2019espoir est au \u00ab&nbsp;\u2026retour \u00e0 une v\u00e9ritable la\u00efcit\u00e9 qui implique le droit \u00e0 la critique renouvel\u00e9e des religions dans ce qu\u2019elles ont d\u2019irrationnel et de d\u00e9raisonnable \u2013 la foi subjective n\u2019\u00e9tant pas impliqu\u00e9e ici.&nbsp;\u00bb Fronti\u00e8re bien difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9finir\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre acceptable, supportable et compr\u00e9hensible par chaque citoyen, quelque soit sa culture, l\u2019enseignement de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression doit \u00eatre incluse dans le cadre de tous les domaines d\u2019enseignements de l\u2019\u00e9cole publique et de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, du plus jeune \u00e2ge \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte. Et ce n\u2019est pas dans le domaine scientifique que c\u2019est le plus difficile \u00e0 expliquer.
